The Aerolase Neo Elite Laser

One laser, 25 treatments, and it is safe on every skin tone. We use 650 microsecond technology to treat acne, pigment, rosacea, veins, psoriasis, scars and more, with no skin contact, no anesthetic, and no downtime.

The Technology

What Makes the Neo Elite Different

The Aerolase Neo Elite is an aesthetic medical laser built around 650 microsecond technology. That pulse duration is the whole story. Energy passes through your skin fast enough to heat the intended target, whether that is melanin, hemoglobin, or water, without lingering long enough to overheat the tissue around it.

What that means in the room is simple. We do not need to cool your skin, we do not need to numb you, and the handpiece never touches you. Most patients describe it as a warm snap and nothing more.

It also means we can treat conditions on one device that would otherwise take three or four, and we can treat skin tones that most lasers are not safe on.

Why We Chose It

Four Reasons the Neo Elite Stands Apart

650 Microsecond Pulse

Energy reaches the target and leaves before surrounding tissue can overheat.

Safe on Every Skin Tone

Effective and safe through Fitzpatrick type VI, where most lasers are not.

No Contact, No Numbing

No skin cooling, no anesthetic, and the handpiece never touches your skin.

One Device, 25 Treatments

Acne, pigment, rosacea, veins, psoriasis, nails, warts, scars and hair.

Built for Every Skin Type and Tone

Most lasers carry real pigmentary risk on darker skin, which is why so many patients have been told they are not a candidate. The Neo Elite delivers its energy too quickly to overheat epidermal melanocytes, so we can treat Fitzpatrick types I through VI safely and get results in fewer sessions.

What We Treat

Twenty Five Treatments, One Laser

We group our Neo Elite treatments into eight categories. Your consultation determines which applies to you, and many patients are treated for more than one concern in the same session.

01

Acne and Breakouts

We target every major driver of acne in one device: excess sebum, inflammation, and C. acnes bacteria. No prescriptions, no layering multiple treatments.

  • Acne
  • Acne Scars
  • Ingrown Hair
  • Pseudofolliculitis Barbae
Session length: 10 to 30 minutes
02

Melasma and Pigmentation

We address both the melanin deposits and the vascular component behind stubborn pigment, which is what makes melasma so difficult to clear with other devices.

  • Melasma
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Dark Spots
  • Sun Spots
  • Seborrheic Keratosis
Session length: 15 to 20 minutes
03

Rejuvenation and Tightening

One treatment addresses tone, texture, and laxity together, stimulating collagen to soften fine lines, refine pores, and tighten the skin over time.

  • Skin Rejuvenation
  • Collagen Stimulation
  • Skin Tightening
  • Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Session length: 20 to 60 minutes
04

Rosacea, Redness and Veins

Deep penetrating energy suppresses the inflammation behind rosacea and coagulates unwanted veins and broken capillaries in the same session.

  • Rosacea
  • Red Spot and Angioma Removal
  • Spider Leg Veins
  • Facial Veins
Session length: 20 to 25 minutes
05

Psoriasis Clearance

Aerolase 650 Microsecond Technology suppresses inflammation at depth, which means clearance without topical steroids or systemic medication.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Most patients describe it as a warm snap and nothing more. Because the pulse is only 650 microseconds long, we do not need to cool your skin or numb you first, and the handpiece never makes contact with your skin. That is a meaningfully different experience from most lasers.

Yes, and this is one of the main reasons we chose it. The 650 microsecond pulse delivers energy too quickly to overheat the melanin in your epidermis, which is what causes pigmentary complications with other lasers. We treat Fitzpatrick types I through VI. If you have been told before that you are not a candidate for laser, it is worth asking us again.

For most treatments, none. You may have mild redness or warmth for a short period afterward, similar to a light flush, and then you carry on with your day. For nail fungus treatment specifically, you can resume normal activity immediately.

It depends entirely on what we are treating. Nail fungus often takes two to four sessions. Acne and rosacea usually respond within a few treatments. Hair removal requires a series spaced three to four weeks apart to catch hair in its growth phase. We give you a realistic number at your consultation rather than a package quote before we have looked at your skin.

Often yes. Because the same device handles pigment, vascular concerns, and inflammation, we can frequently address several things in one session. Rosacea with sun damage, or acne with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, are common pairings. We will map that out during your evaluation.

Certain medical conditions, medications, recent sun exposure, and pregnancy can make laser treatment inappropriate. Jose Ruiz, M.D. reviews your health history and current medications before we treat you, and we will tell you plainly if this is not the right option for you.
